Either the guy was an admin of some other forum with a similar sounding name (hisbah.net) - the jihadi nature of which is definitely open to question - or the reports out of Israel have misidentified the name of the site the guy was an admin of. Consequently, I recommend taking this report with a big grain of salt until someone manages to clarify things.
