This is not the first release from these folks, associated with the al-Ommh forum. We first reported on such a document in October of 2006. That file had a creation date of 04 October 2006.

The new release has a creation date of 18 March 2007, but includes digital photos with timestamps in January of 2008. Photos such as these:
